I’m based in Sydney, Australia, and provide training and consulting services to large and small organizations in all industries and sectors. I add value through business process design and implementation (e.g. ITIL), aligning I.T. with business strategy and I.T. and business training. I focus on efficiency, effectiveness and reducing complexity (simplicity).
Education
I hold a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College (U.K.) with my dissertation on market entry strategies for online retailers, a post graduate diploma in Management Studies from Kingston University (U.K.) and various other business and management related diplomas and certificates (such as a Public Relations certificate from PRISA, Prince2 Practitioner status, Cert IV in Training and Assessment).
Business experience
I have opened, managed and sold small businesses in various industries as well as held management and consulting roles with medium and large sizes organizations in various industries (private, government and not-for-profit sectors). One of my key competitive advantages is that I have significant IT technical experience as well as business and management experience.
